Aigars Nords, Nords Porter Novelli CEO
Since 2007, Aigars Nords has been actively involved with Nords PR Ukraine, successfully exporting his personal and Latvian company’s Nords Porter Novelli knowledge to Ukraine. Aigars is a strong believer in Ukrainian PR market and Nords PR Ukraine’s ability to take it by the storm.
Under Aigars’s leadership Nords Porter Novelli has become one of the market leaders in Latvia, winning numerous awards, including SABRE, for its outstanding work. Nords Porter Novelli has initiated and developed several new concepts and trends in Latvia such as Reputation Audit®, reputation management and research, CEO branding and others. Nords Porter Novelli was the first PR company to establish factors of good reputation in Latvia as well as to organize the “Most Admired Latvian Companies List” together with the leading national daily “Diena”. Nords Porter Novelli’s daughter company - Nords Event Communications - is the leading sponsorship and events marketing company in Latvia dealing with some of the largest sponsorship and event management projects in the country. Aigars also serves as a board member of the Association of Latvian Public Relations.
In his free time, he is passionate jazz fan and saxophone player, also host to Radio Naba jazz show “Round Midnight”, runs marathons and is race director for Nordea Riga Marathon.
